The Guide is Live

The Guide's webpage goes live on October 1, 2012, with the "current" edition published.  The current edition is 2008, and was put on the site for reference.  This release coincides with the 40th annual Short Course for Planning Commissioners at the 2012 TXAPA Conference in Fort Worth, Texas. 

A new edition will be published in early 2013, with significantly revised or new chapters and content.  Please submit comments or suggestions to the editorial staff.
